At present Shengyuan possess 10 advanced high-speed Axminster looms(16 colors at one time) and 8 normal Axmisnter looms with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million square meters. In addition, Shengyuan has a 24000 sq.m annual capacity of hand-tufted carpets with quick supply as well as a annual capacity of 13000 sq. feet of hand-knotted carpets.
Shengyuan has imported 4 woolen spinning lines from Finland in order to further improve the quality and develop the new product. Meanwhile, the existing dyeing house(with an annual dyeing capacity of10000 tons) with advanced and environmental protection treatment equipments can meet customers'requirements on colors and delivery time.
From the first manufacturing line was imported and installed in 2008 to now, Shengyuan has becomed the advanced modern carpet manufacturing base with full supply chain from woolen spinning,hank-dyeing,weaving & tufting and finishing processing; the carpets produced is one of the best carpet with high quality and grade, well known in carpet manufacturing world in China.
